1. Service

PuneToMumbaiCab.com provides intercity cab services between Pune, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and surrounding areas. Fares quoted at booking are indicative until confirmed in writing (WhatsApp/SMS) based on route, vehicle, tolls, and waiting time.

2. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it. Advance payment may be required for peak dates. Balance is payable as agreed (UPI, cash, or bank transfer). Cancellation charges apply if you cancel within the notice period communicated at booking.

3. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate pickup details, be ready on time, and comply with seat-belt and luggage limits. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Vehicle & driver

We strive to provide the booked vehicle category or a comparable upgrade. Drivers may refuse service if safety is at risk or if terms are violated.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip except where prohibited by law. We are not an emergency medical transport provider unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
